They didn't actually have the tires I ordered online that said they were in stock. They got me to get their brand of tire. Then they tell me I need an alignment and do it. Their "alignment" put my car out of alignment to the point I went to a different store and got it corrected. And ever since then one of these tires has had a constant felt lump in it. They refused to honor the warranty which they charged me for 4, when I agreed to 2. When I demanded my money back that said they can't do that. The biggest thing that absolutely made me lose my mind, was that they didn't even tighten my tie rod down. The current shop I am in said they removed it by hand. NO WAY NO HOW CAN I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
