- JSJohn SchraderApr 16, 20265.0We have had Monroe of Butler service, our 2012 Jeep since 2018. Jeff, who is the manager, is exceptional as a mechanic as a manager, and as a person. We trust him and that is what's extremely important getting cars serviced these days. He will let you know your options, he'll always try to find the least expensive solution. And he'll be honest as to whether you need something now or it can wait. He does not try to sell you something you don't need. Over the years we've had State Inspections, oil changes and system flushing, new tires, alignments, CV axil/shaft replaced, shorted out headlight repair, tail-pipe replaced, and a few other minor things. They have taken me on time with my scheduled appointments and haven't taken that long, since I always wait.

As soon as my tires came in they worked around my schedule and had it ready for me to make it to work on time which was appreciated.
