However, they were unable to calibrate the camera in our 2020 Outback after replacing the windshield twice. This disabled the cruise control and some safety features. This was ALL working when we dropped the car off (we actually used the cruise control on our way down Route 8 to drop the car off and the lane departure signal went off as well…none of that works now). We were told to go to a Subaru dealer to have it calibrated. Cochran Subaru in Butler told us it could not be calibrated, the camera was broken, and has to be completely replaced. A $3000 repair, luckily we have an extended warranty and “only” have to pay a $100 deductible. I hate to point fingers, so I won’t, but it’s just a very unfortunate situation.
