Brian actually sold me a tire that I wasn’t looking for but fit my truck perfect, He explained all the paperwork, the warranty on the tires and how all the processes would work in case there was ever an issue. The tire tech who put my tires on my truck were very cautious and took their time to make sure everything was perfect. He answered my questions with no delays.. I normally deal with Firestone down on lower Route eight but from now on I believe I will be taking all of my business to Monroe because of the interaction I had with those guys
