- JAJoe AshlimanDec 23, 20252.0The tech recommended a fuel filter that doesn’t even exist on the vehicle…there is a strainer inside the tank-also recommended coolant flush…was just changed and replaced with an engine replacement…should have checked the actual coolant and not recommended by mileage-also did the oil change and checked the fluids with the rear wheels up on the drive on lift…vehicle was not level. Definitely was not impressed by the fact that they were trying to upsell what wasn’t needed.
- MDmike dealDec 5, 20251.0Took my van here to be inspected 11ish am12/5/25 I pulled up there was three employees outside smoking cigarettes playing their phones, no vehicles in the bays, no cars in line. I was told "we will be right with you", ok no problem. The gentleman asked how they could help me? I said I'd like to get my van inspected. He said "psss idk man let me look under it" he looked under the van and said " unfortunately we can't inspect this here because the frame rails are to close together so our lift won't lift it". Its a ford e250 same frame as a ford f150 /f250 pickup truck just a different body, i had the van inspected here the last 2 years prior with no issues. I asked for the manager and he said "I am the manager" I said oh your not the manager who I know from my previous times of coming here? He said "no we got rid of him" I asked why? He stated "he wasn't doing things as he should" kinda seems like thats still the case. There's no reason why my vehicle could not be inspected except for being a Friday and lazy employees. Ive been getting inspected here for years with all my vehicles. Looks like thats the last time I'll visit this establishment. What a joke and pure laziness, if this was his business my van would have been inspected. If you have a van or pickup truck don't bother coming here, they don't have the proper equipment to inspect them with those "to close together frame rails" That is why there's no vehicles in the bay the employees turn them away.
