Will never go back to this dealership. There is a female masquerading as a customer service rep that needs to go to customer service school to find out what customer service means. Further, sales manager is disrespectable towards customers issues especially with Chevrolet and the transmission problems they are experiencing. Just left me hanging with a Silverado with 32,000 miles and a bad transmission. Just pile up the charges in multiple diagnoses and never getting to the real issue, not even a test drive was taken to feel the problem. Went to a transmission shop that spotted the problem right away. Miss Mel Grata.

Jesus was incredible to work with. Zero games, zero wasted time. Made the deal in about 15-30 minutes, came in and the vehicle’s features were thoroughly and easily explained. The whole operation is class, but Jesus and his personal touch was at the top of our list. Thank you!

2024 toyota tacoma purchase 9/19/2024 for 51k. At ~8000k miles i noticed significant road chipping to both sides (front lower) of the truck bed. I informed the dealer sometime in August and brought the truck in for service\inspection on 9/19/2025. I spoke with the general manager (GM) about the issue and he informed on the process to get the issue with the truck fixed. However, at this point the GM made it clear the dealer's position was that the issue with the truck was a toyota problem not a dealer problem even though the dealer was the one who sold me the truck. So, following the GM's instructions i visited their collision center where they took photos of damage caused by the defect in the truck and sent them into toyota for a warranty claim. The claim was denied by toyota. Deihl toyota informed the next step was to open a complaint which toyota which i did. Toyota dismissed my complaint stating they talked to the dealer service manager who stated the damage to my truck was caused by road debris not a defect in the design of the truck. So at this point im stuck with truck that has an obvious defect from the factory that will only get worse with time. Deihl toyota is not taking any responsibility for selling me a truck with known issue. Their own collision center is aware of the issue because when i first went to have the photos taken they asked if my issue was with chipping around the front of the bed before even seeing the truck. They also informed me they did not know how to fix the issue and stated they hoped toyota would provide a fix. I also confirmed with them earlier this week that my issue is at least the second one they've seen with the same issue. I also followed up with the service manager on his comments to toyota about it being a road debris issue and he was no help... he just kept spewing the same narrative about it being a road debris (I assume to continue to deflect responsibility). I've owned multiple trucks, and none have had this issue! Do yourself a favor and don't buy from this dealer! They're happy to take your money but when there's an obvious flaw, they will not help.

I’m beyond thrilled with my first car-buying experience at Diehl Auto! I already knew which car I wanted, and Jeff Rossiter gave me a fantastic deal that helped me land my dream vehicle. He took the time to walk me through everything and made the whole process easy and exciting. John in finance was awesome too, very friendly and made all the paperwork a breeze. I absolutely love my new car and can’t recommend Diehl Auto enough!
