  I had a fantastic car buying experience here. I worked with James McDonald and he was extremely helpful and very friendly. Everyone went out of their way to be available for any questions that I had. This was by far the smoothest car buying process I have been a part of. Thank you!

  The overall experience was pretty bad. it started with the dealership offering $500 off if you contact them on their website. Well this was pretty much bait to get you to contact them. Since we ordered a 2026 Rav 4 that is in high demand so no $500 dollars. Big mistake on our part. We could have ordered a vehicle closer to us but feel for the trap. Secondly we asked for the window sticker when we ordered the car but did not receive until the day before we bought it, When we got the vehicle home the car did not have a state required emissions test. Since the dealership was over an hour away I had to pay for it locally. The sales person was OK.

  Had a phenomenal experience working with James. Test drove two trucks that I liked, put a deposit on one to hold it until my insurance check came in. James kept me updated throughout the whole process, he was extremely down to earth, easy to talk to, and kept his word every step of the way. I highly recommend speaking with him if you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle!

  Our Sales representative Matt and his Sales Manager John were both wonderful to work with and helped us through the entire process. We certainly did explore multiple dealers but they both sold us on themselves along with the Diehl difference. We look forward to our relationship with Diehl moving forward.

  I had an outstanding experience buying a new Tacoma from Diehl Toyota of Butler. They were straightforward and easy to deal with via email, phone, and once I was in person. Steve was especially great. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the Pittsburgh region looking for a Toyota, even if it's a bit of drive. Negotiation and delivery were a breeze. Everyone came across as honest, not at all pushy, and easy going. It was a pleasure! Thank you Diehl and Steve!
