Josh Phillips was very helpful and friendly during our purchase from Diehl in Butler. He has become our go to guy for future Diehl vehicle purchases. Thanks again Josh.

Definitely the friendliest and most welcoming car purchase we’ve ever made! Corey, Mike, Dave, Luke, Cade and I can’t remember all the names but had great conversations with you all… feel like we’re all friends and neighbors after working out a fair deal for us! Thank you and we’ll stop by just to say hi and get our first complimentary oil change when needed! We usually despise shopping and haggling, but this one was painless and actually fun! Happy New Year Diehl Team!

Super experience at Diehl. We recently purchased a '26 Ram 2500. It was by far the best vehicle buying experience we've ever had. Kris , Jack, and Matt were incredibly pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend Diehl. Todd and Darla Wiest

I was not pleased with the customer service I had with Greg and his manager on 12/22. I inquired about a leasing a 2026 Tundra, they came with a quote. As a buyer, I know their first initial quote wasn’t their best offer. I told Greg that the quote wasn’t high. Greg asked for a number and I gave him a number. Greg’s manager refused to counter me. I’m not going to say a ridiculous number that’s not in my best interest. Business is about negotiating and this dealership refused to do it with me. I thanked them for their time.

Absolutely worst customer service that you ever experience on November 2. They received my 2026 ram 3500 crew cab Dooley with an antler in the transmission pan damage to the front and covered in blood guts. Underneath of it spoke to somebody on November 5 was told that my truck was going to go through service Get everything completely debris free from all blood and guts new transmission pan and transmission to be installed the following week it would be going to collision to get all the paint work done and I was to get a phone call to go do a walk-through being that the truck was only 2 1/2 weeks old 2 1/2 weeks later no updates no phone calls. I show up unannounced. My truck was moved approximately 400 yards. They did not use wheel skates. They did not use a tow rope. They dumped transmission fluid in the reservoir until there was enough in there for the transmission to register and allow it to go in gear and then drove it until the transmission fluid Was drained which would burn the transmission up upon my findings. All the blood guts and debris were still there wow getting in my vehicle. I receive a phone call from the person. I was waiting for a phone calls for 2 1/2 weeks and they said great news. Your transmission pans being put on the blood and guts is all debris free and cleared there’s no other damage underneath your truck This that in the third and my response to that was I’m still in your parking lot and I’ve been here for the past hour. You’re a liar everything that you said is a complete lie so with being without my truck for 2 1/2 to 3 weeks I asked them can you please send my truck to a different dealership or different collision center because based off of my adjuster stating that he wants a new transmission put in it you guys are saying you’re not putting it in it Adjuster saying that a BNC is getting painted and they’re saying that they’re not going to paint a BNC and I don’t wanna paint a brand new truck because there’s gonna be fish eyes and contaminants in the paint and my response to that was if you’re putting out paint work like that you probably shouldn’t be doing paint workso after all the inconvenience, I told them that I felt that it wasn’t mine or my insurance’s responsibility to get this truck to another collision center and service center due to them, not doing their job and completely dragging their feet and having horrible customer service they agreed and said that they would get the truck there by that following Friday and that was a Monday when that was told to me Friday comes and goes. My truck is still not at the other dealership. Mon comes. I drive past the dealership. My truck is still sitting there. Tuesday comes. I call in. They don’t answer. Ignore me. I send them a message. They tell me they’re waiting for a response from my insurance adjuster to approve my insurance to cover the tow whenever Deal was supposed to cover the tow due to them, not touching my truck and doing their job for almost one month. I wouldn’t buy a car from there if somebody else was paying for it I wouldn’t take a car to get fixed because the technicians that are supposedly so good and so knowledgeable think that it’s OK to hillbilly it and fill up the transmission reservoir, knowing that there’s a hole in the pan so they can move it instead of doing their job and using a tow rope or wheel skates Whoever owns this place needs to really reevaluate their staff from sales all the way to regional managers that run the collision center or absolute liars and cannot accept the fact that they fumbled the ball and set their pride aside and do the right thing and at least pay for a tow to get my truck to the place. That’s actually gonna fix it. If it was up to me I wouldn’t have given this company one star beware beware beware
