  Terrible customer service... the child at the register was giving me answers of "I dont know" and "Google should tell you" while the manager on duty, last name Bloom, paid no attention to his associate or myself and completely ignored the encounter. I went in for something as simple as brake stop rubbers and I just assumed my local auto parts place could help; NOT THESE GUYS. Will not return except to return the parts that I purchased and found at Advanced for cheaper!!! **PSA not female friendly**

  I dropped in because I need a power steering line for my vehicle. Went inside and told the two guys in there working that I don't know which part it is but I need to order it. They wouldn't come outside to look, probably because it's sprinkling, and tell me which line I need. They just said I should have somebody look at my vehicle and tell me which part. I already looked at my vehicle I know which line needs replaced I can see the hole in it I just don't know the name of the line and they won't come out to look at it so I'll never shop here again.

  He set the windshield wipers up front so they were ready for me. He put them on for me. It was sprinkling. Very greatful!!

  If you want to be treated poorly and have more problems than what you had when you came, I suggest this parts store. John was completely rude, ill-mannered and not helpful at all. I came to get my battery tested and left with warnings on my dashboard that he told me we were there when I came in, which is a total lie. Avoid this store! A customer in the store was more helpful than the employees working there.

  The gentleman behind the counter was really kind. We were traveling and my car had multiple codes come up. We own an auto repair shop, so I knew what the issue most likely was but needed to confirm. Gave me peace of mind for the duration of my trip to have the codes read!
