I called and sat on hold three different times for 20 minutes plus and nobody answered the phone. I called another nearby enterprise location, who transferred me to them and they still didn’t answer the phone. Very, very , very poor customer service and we will be going through a different location. If I could give 0 stars I would, you can’t even get somebody on the phone. HORRIBLE

I had a rental car for 3 days that I dropped off here. 2 months later I get a notification from my car insurance that they submitted a claim for hail damage. It never rained, nor hailed during my time having the car. There were no accidents, there was no damage. These people didn't send me any sort of notification after dropping off the car, they're liars and scam artists. THIS IS YOUR WARNING, DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!
