He was incredibly responsive and the communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. Chris clearly explained everything, kept me updated, and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. He truly went above and beyond — not only did he fix the car quickly and professionally, but he also took the time to clean the car, which was such a thoughtful touch. The repair was completed in a very reasonable time and the quality of the work was excellent. It’s rare to find a mechanic who is this reliable, honest, and easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend Chris to anyone who needs high-quality car repair and great customer service.

But I didn't and I am so glad I didn't these people relate and treat you like an old friend or family. Their parking lot is small but looks can be deceptive like it is fabled. These people are quick, attentive and accurate about their work and customer service. My work was done within 2 days. They did an awesome job. I guess I now have a new body shop that I can favorite. Both Chris and Eileen are delightful. Thanks for making this a painless experience.
