Guy behind me decided to jump the line and run to the register once a spot opened. I said something and both guys at the register ignored me. So I said something again and the guy who jumped the line told me to just go ahead. The guy at the register thanked him for his politeness and apologized for my rudeness. My jaw was in the floor. Screw this place. Customer service is horrible. They are also way overpriced.

Looked up what I needed for my car, went and got them off the shelf and after I paid even installed them. Thank you!! awesome experience. Then I mentioned O needed brakes and rotors. They did not have the rotors. Charlie offered to get them delivered to the store so I could pick them up in a day. Awesome customer service.
