  Omg,first off the honesty/Service is excellent!!!Michelle and Dillon are extremely experienced in this field knowing what Battery I needed that would last with the best warranty ..the Best location in the city when it comes to AutoZone.

  Great experience today. Carmen (mgr) helped me with a return from another store and Charlie helped to put new wiper on for my wife’s car. Both were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend that store!

  This was my first time in this auto zone. Man I just loved it. I was taking my time looking for an exhaust tip and the staff was so friendly. I asked if I could borrow a tool to install it and it was no problem. It didn’t end up fitting so I tried on a new one then and there and flash the second one fit. They were so nice to me. I love feeling welcomed the moment you walk into any establishment. When the workers are happy you are happy. I’m tired of walking into places and feeling like a burden for people to do there job. BUT NOT HERE, I am going to make the longer drive just to go to this specific store. Peace of mind of feeling wanted is all you can ask for. It’s really hard to find that nowadays.

  Very friendly, professional, and accommodating staff. I came in last night (2/26/26) after I mistakenly bought the wrong bulbs for my headlights. Although the package was already opened, they didn't hesitate to exchange the bulbs for me. I changed the bulbs right there in the parking lot and when my flashlight died they let me use one of theirs to finish the job. Great experience overall and felt valued as a customer.

  I live in Broomall and the closest auto supply store for me is the Broomall Auto Zone store. Today I've decided that I don't need the disrespect and lack of empathy and customer service failure from the woman at the desk when I enter. Last time I visited to purchase 5 quarts of oil and filter; I asked upon entering if they have a bathroom? Her response was the bathroom is for customers. Really? I've shopped and made many purchases here since they opened. Maybe it was my skin color, in any case, I asked if any deal incuded the filter, she said yes but obviously wasn't going to get it for me. I declined the free filter Today I came to purchase a quart of oil for my snow blower. She had a customer who must of asked her to install his wipers, then she got a phone call from another customer, that she took before me, proceeded to give attitude to that customer about how "they wouldn't do that", then without a word of apology about how she had to go outside to help another customer, left, leaving one other employee, keep in mind that I simply want to purchase a quart of oil. Another customer was already in line but the phone rang and all of a sudden they got in front of the two of us, who were present. I was standing in line for over 5 minutes... I finally put my purchase down and left. This exact thing happened before to me at this store. For that reason, I'm out! This behavior is not Okay!
