  Went into the store to get windshield wipers. Totally overwhelmed until I met Charlie. He was so kind and very helpful. Looked up what I needed for my car, went and got them off the shelf and after I paid even installed them. Thank you!! awesome experience. Then I mentioned O needed brakes and rotors. They did not have the rotors. Charlie offered to get them delivered to the store so I could pick them up in a day. Awesome customer service.

  The person who i assume to be the manager seems incapable of listening. I stopped in because my brake light and battery light came on all of a sudden. I had this problem previously and it turned out to be a failing alternator. I walked in and asked if anybody had time for an alternator test (it is stated on the website that they offer this service here). The worker who I assumed to be the manager told me they cannot test an alternator however, another worker told me they could in fact do an alternator / battery test. They then proceed to check for engine codes for a check engine light that I told them was not my concern and has been on and off for years now. The manager then begins to tell me All of the possible things that could cause a brake light and battery light appearing. I told him I know that there is nothing wrong with the battery or the brake system and just wanted an alternator test. He continued to tell me that the check engine light has nothing to do with the other lights and they are completely separate issues. He continued on and on about it wasting both my yime and his. Eventually, My alternator was tested and I found out that it was failing and that there was nothing wrong with my break or battery system. Thats all i needed to confirm. In the future, if somebody asks you for help with a specific serious issue, focus on helping them with that instead of telling them all minor issues that fould be causing a problem that they did not come into your store for. Only reason i am leaving 2 stars is because the younger employee who did the alternator test was very respectful.

  I was there a few days ago and got new rims for my car and the nicest worker Richard helped put them on my car for me and even did it in the pouring rain for me, such great service there he was so nice and very helpful with the whole process and made it so quick and easy, if your ever going to auto zone ask for Richard he will help you with anything you need!
