  I’m from Chicago and was in Pennsylvania for work when my van broke down on a freezing cold day. I barely made it to this dealership. Two other mechanics had already told me they couldn’t help me, but the gentleman here truly saved me that day. I don’t remember his name, but he took the time to diagnose the issue, changed the water pump, and got me back on the road the same day. Because of him, I was able to drive safely back home instead of being stranded in the cold. Honest, skilled, and willing to help when it really mattered. I’m extremely grateful and highly recommend this place to anyone, especially if you’re in a tough situation.

  Outstanding Service and Integrity at #1 Brookville Chevrolet! I recently worked with Amy at #1 Brookville Chevrolet while searching for a truck. Even though they didn’t have the exact one I wanted in stock, Amy went the extra mile to locate one through a partner dealership and even had their team drive it down so I could test drive it. I loved the truck but needed a little more time to make my decision — they respected that completely, no pressure, just patience and professionalism. That alone set them apart. She even worked out reasonable payments and rate! After putting about 1,500 miles on it (including a trip to Michigan and back to see family), I noticed a small exhaust rattle and a known issue with the reverse sensors. Brianna from service was absolutely amazing — she really went to bat for me. Between her, my sales rep, and the service manager, they made sure everything was taken care of without hesitation. They could’ve easily gave me a hard tome or tried to make it my problem but instead, they chose to do the right thing. That kind of honesty and care is rare these days. This team truly understands what it means to go the extra mile and serve their customers with integrity. I can confidently say I’m a #1 Brookville Chevrolet customer for life.
