I was told my car would be done in a hour and a half ( and then had 5 people come in after me with the same appointment time). my car was never moved from its parking spot within that 1.5/2 hour time frame. Mind you, I was only getting an oil change. I got my keys back, and went across the street and was done in less in 30. If you don’t plan on leaving your car or don’t have time to spare, don’t come here. Save yourself the hassle.
