Second, they constantly try to sell me services I don't need. I came in for "discount" tires and they told me I needed thousands of dollars in suspension work on the front and back end of the car (new shocks and struts, and then some), and when I mentioned how recently it was done (within the last 2 years) and asked if there was an issue, they said it was "based on the car's mileage" and there was no issue. They said my battery failed their tests (it was 3 months old). My car made a knocking noise from the rear suspension for months after the visit - it did not make this noise before I brought it. I brought it to my usual shop, and they couldn't find any of the suspension issues. In short - always ask for a second opinion if you do go here.

Went for air for my tires and asked about tire balancing and left with 2 tire an alignment and a dashboard lit up with lights and that’s not how they got it. I left with no resolution but to pay for sensor that was another $400 . I expect this type of work for a janky shop but not here. Well I will never recommend them to anyone nor will I ever be returning. I’ll take a chance with the janky shops. Update: Waiting for Regional Manager to contact me and I also scrolled down a few reviews and see that another customer experienced something similar to mine so this is an ongoing issue with this place. Your car goes in with no lights and you leave with plenty of lights on and they say it not their fault and to just chalk it up to anything but the fault of the mechanic. Something needs to be done with management over there because he’s messing up ppls vehicles. UPDATE; So a regional manager was supposed to call me I’ve called back twice and 3 weeks later NO ONE HAS CALLED ME AS OF 11/18/25. This is not a responsible business and their response is just for show. If you want a reasonably priced tire this is the place BUT DONT LET THEM WORK ON YOUR CAR! This franchise will be out of business just like Jiffy Lube and Pep boys
