I wasn’t sure they would help(it was so close to closing time) thankfully they took care of my tire. It had something in the tire which caused a slow leak. They fixed it in no time and I was so appreciative of the care I received. Purchased my tires from there previously but going above and beyond was so kind of them. So I might still take a couple hours, and that would be inconvenient for me for people. Overall, it's a corporate issue/ system. I appreciated his forwardness, telling me about that issue and this should be something that mavis should improve on.

I came in for 2 new tires (around 255) / tmps sensory on. also told me i needed alignment for like a extra 150 or smth. after picking up my car they tell me they couldn’t do alignment due to NEEDing new tie rods and it’s unsafe to drive they said would be around 250 each 500ish in total. also told me my battery failed. My tmps sensory was still on but assumed it would clear itself after a bit of driving. the next day and my tmps still on. I call ahead and they tell me 45 min wait it was around 10 am. I go in and tell them my tmps is still on from yesterday. I wait around for an hour before I go back up and ask about my car they said mines the next one but he seemed annoyed I would even come up and ask him that. I sit back down and started talking to the people around me who either called ahead or had an appointment and all quoted a 45 minute wait. they lie to customers to get them in. around 11:30 I finally get my car back they tell me my tmps sensors were broken and i would need new ones. I’m really glad it took almost 2 hours for them to tell me my sensors were busted when I brought it in yesterday for that issue! I went back to autozone where I originally got my battery, they told me my battery had passed. went to BrookHaven Auto Center (amazing service and people) to have my tie rods checked out /fixed also asked if they could check my battery. I was able to make an appointment for a few days after I had called. they looked at my car and said my tie rods were FINE and not the issue. and my battery had PASSED. Mavis Discount Tires is a money hungry corporation who do not care about you and will make up lies to get you to spend more for unnecessary repairs be careful and go somewhere better like Brookhaven Auto Center or really any other small business!!
