  Loved our experience at Enterprise in Brodheadsville. Unfortunately, we had a deer incident. One of their folks met us at The Body Shop, picking up the car was a non-event, it ran fine all week, dropping it off absolutely zero drama, even though I arrived just a few minutes before closing time. To put the icing on the cake, the store manager, Sydney, even dropped me off at a local restaurant. Definitely five star service the whole way!

  I dealt with Sydney at your broadheadsville,Pa location. Everything about the experience was top notch. As someone who works in the hospitality sector, i appreciate someone who knows good customer service.Sydney certainly fits the bill. The experience could not have been more professional, polite or courteous. More people should take notes from people like Sydney!!!!!

  Sydney was amazing! I came in with multiple questions (on different days mind you) and never felt like I was a bother! She made early pick up arrangements for me so I wouldn’t be late for work, which is so nice that she cared enough to do that for me. And I forgot my ezpass after drop off and she called within 30 seconds, I didn’t even get to the end of the road, and she was running it out to me! I will always come here <3
