Asked the make & model of my car, which I gave him, looked it up on the computer and then shared with me that he could not install the battery today, because it would "take too long to install, and would have to go into the shop to be done? He then advised me he could sell me the battery, but that was all he could do. This certainly does not sound right. So I left with my failing battery hoping to make it home.

I would like to shout out a particular employee. My wife's battery died late when she was at work. She got a jump and we got to the store about an hour before they closed. Lee tested her battery, acknowledged it needed to be replaced, got us hooked up with a new battery and then did a very professional installation on it. Lee has helped me out on several occasions. He is extremely knowledgeable and always goes the extra mile. Between the great staff and store and the discounts online, I can't even begin to think of a good reason to ever go to the Autozone in town.
