I made a phone call and got in touch with an amazing employee by the name of Daniel! And him and James really took care of me! I didn’t feel robbed but instead I actually felt helped! Answered questions that didn’t even pertain to what i came in for! For some reason I thought franchise auto places would be way worst but IT WAS NOT!!! I will be back for all my repairs!

- MAMyles AnglescyDec 26, 20251.0They tried to measure my tread depth based off of the wear indicator instead of the actual tread, which is incorrect. They do this to try and get you to replace your tires when you don't really need them. I came in for a flat and they told me that all 4 of my tires which have 5,000 MILES ON THEM were low and they won't repair my flat because of it. To top it all off, they told me that if I didn't leave them a 5 star review that I would be charged 20 bucks if I didn't leave a good review. I'm changing it now. Good riddance.
