  Tom and his team were exceptional when we had to take our trailer in to Cummins for a generator repair. When it was apparent that we would need a new generator, Tom went above and beyond to get us the very best deal on a new Onan generator. Would 100% recommend this business to anyone in need of service or a new generator.

  Tom and Dave are amazing! I would give them 10 stars if I could! They went far and beyond what could have been expected to repair an RV generator and were always polite and accommodating. They were a pleasure to work with in what could have been a very frustrating situation. Thank you!

  I am a full-time RV’er visiting Philadelphia. My 2003 Monaco RV water pump was leaking severely. I took my RV to Bristol/Philly Cummins. They noticed that the steering gearbox was also leaking. Tom Lyman (Service Manager) and his first-class team was extraordinary! Not only did they replace the water pump, they also replaced the steering gearbox! In my experience, their communication, expert skill level and tenacity has to be at the maximum in the industry. I highly recommend the Bristol Cummins Sales and Service Team.

  I called the toll free number to order parts which sent my call to the Harrisburg, PA location. I told the person over the phone the parts I needed and asked if they could be picked up at the Bristol, PA location. I was assured that I could pick them up there and that they have my parts needed in stock. I drove 1 1/2 hours to get there only to find out that they didn't have a part in stock after I was assured they did. The parts person tried to find the item in the warehouse but was unsuccessful. The parts manager was not helpful at all. All I was told was sorry they didn't have it and that it could be ordered and I would receive the parts by the following week. I needed the parts today to get my generator up and running again and now I have to wait longer. Very unprofessional customer service. Will not be contacting them again for anything
