  Tom and his team were exceptional when we had to take our trailer in to Cummins for a generator repair. When it was apparent that we would need a new generator, Tom went above and beyond to get us the very best deal on a new Onan generator. Would 100% recommend this business to anyone in need of service or a new generator.

  Tom and Dave are amazing! I would give them 10 stars if I could! They went far and beyond what could have been expected to repair an RV generator and were always polite and accommodating. They were a pleasure to work with in what could have been a very frustrating situation. Thank you!

  100% recommend the Bristol Cummins Sales & Service location. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. We brought our motorhome in for service on the generator, after several unsuccessful attempts to get it fixed on the road. Problem was that we live full time in it so we couldn't keep the motorhome there. We worked with Will Everett in the service department. Scheduled our first visit to have them remove the generator, second to pick up our unit and have additions maintenance done on the engine. Will went out of his way to make this transaction smooth and accommodated us for the additional work to be done. He worked with our 3rd party warranty company as well to make it easier on us. They are by far one of the best, most efficient companies we have worked with. They come highly recommended for anyone who has Onan generators or Cummins engines!
