What seemed like the older woman manager butted in and told him that he could take people looking for the tool until his line was down. Which would have been the right advice only if there where people in the line but there were not. The employee looked so confused. To be honest the comment was directed at me. I will NEVER go to this store again and I will tell people to never go here. They are rude and indirect.

- TATaylor AdamsNov 15, 20251.0This store is full of scammers! I recently bought a car off fb marketplace and the guy I bought it from took me to this store to ensure that the car had no issues. He seemed very friendly with the employees whilst they were extremely hostile to me and my boyfriend. Disregarding the weird behavior like the man who sold us the car telling the employee who ran my diagnosis “I have something for you tomorrow if you’ll be here” after he assured me the machine came back clear even with the check engine light being on the car. I thought to myself there is no way the man working here would risk his job over his friends fb marketplace deal, but as I think back on how we went to this particular autozone after changing our mind on the deal which was farther away than the one goggle recommended. I also think about the fact that I never was able to see the results of the diagnostic or received the paper they usually give. I decided to call the store to make a complaint and the manager told me that the boy working on my car was 17 and she didn’t believe he would ever do anything like that because he was a family friend of hers. She was also extremely hostile so please be mindful of these things if you’re going here!
