- TBT BJan 18, 20265.0My truck battery died, i walked a few miles to get to the autozone- after the employees were informed of my situation they gave me a ride back so i didn’t have to tote a huge battery for a few miles. When i couldn’t get the socket to fit the bolt- they came by and helped out majorly. Thanks to them i made it to shelter and am no longer freezing in a truck that wouldn’t start.

What seemed like the older woman manager butted in and told him that he could take people looking for the tool until his line was down. Which would have been the right advice only if there where people in the line but there were not. The employee looked so confused. To be honest the comment was directed at me. I will NEVER go to this store again and I will tell people to never go here. They are rude and indirect.
