He was uncommonly kind and wise. He needs to be promoted. There is another AutoZone on Rt. 13 near Mavis tire who is ran by a female and the experience was like night and day compared to this store.
- MAMiss ANov 26, 20252.0Frustrating!! Extremely annoyed of how inconvenient it is to return something at AutoZone!! Especially at the one on veterans Highway in Bristol- I had called specifically the day before to double check and make sure that I could return the item I have the original receipt. The item was unused unopened. However, my husband and I use my husband‘s debit card when we bought the item and my husband has work and he’s never available during the business hours of AutoZone so I went to return it. I specifically called and asked the manager of the day before and he told me that it would be no problem. They would just have to have a manager override it so I went in and stated that exact information and the manager at the store told me no that she couldn’t do it even though I have the original receipt and like I said the item is completely sealed and it’s original packaging, which is such an inconvenience to the customer. My husband and I literally spent over $1000 on parts at AutoZone and they couldn’t even just simply return it when my debit card is attached to the same checking account that my husband‘s debit card is it’s such an annoying Store policy and it makes me not ever wanna shop there again
