Best was my host for the day and the guy who answered the phone (not sure I loved the answering service that directs your call but not a big enough issue) who was completely honest about my situation and downsold me on what I thought I needed. I would go here again and would recommend. Prices were close enough to Tirerack as well. Had my car waiting for me to pull out and it had no "I was just in a repair shop" smell. Good work Sirs.

The call center that they started using is the worst!!! I made an appt. for 9:30 - my husband was in the room so he verified I’m not losing my mind. The next day I had a question and called again- I asked to actually speak with Mr. Tire. When talking with them we realized the call center had put my appt in for 7:30!!!! Thankfully Mr. Tire was still able to work me in.
