They are busy because they don't have as many cars yet they are located in an area that has demand. So I thank them for ALWAYS making sure things are straight and that I am getting the best price available. I recently switched vehicles because the car was due for service so Josh's team stayed after hours to make sure I was taken care of. They work as a team and seen to communicate wirh other locations as well. They also explain things so there are no questions or surprises. I will be honest. I looked for better rates everywhere. BUT by the time you get everything you need, the rates are competitive, but the CS is excellent so it really is not worth going anywhere else. Call Josh. He will get you what you need and explain payment, security deposit, damage waiver ...etc. š

No one wants to have car trouble or run into a need for a rental, but these ladies made it painless and actually enjoyable. Highly recommend this location and this staff! 5 stars all the way! These girls need a raise!
