  Professional is the best way to describe my experience. Appointment time was honored, place was remarkably clean, everyone was courteous and very professional. I chose to wait there, they gave me an accurate timeframe, which again they honored, they had Wi-Fi, coffee, water, and a clean bathroom. Manager, technician, and office manager were super courteous, super nice, answered my questions and all done with a pleasant demeanor. Far exceeded my expectations. Oh and the new window looks great and they took care of the insurance stuff.

  Tayeb out of the Bridgeport, Pa location did a fantastic job. He was on time, did the job within 90 minutes and answered my many many concerns very personally (hopefully I didn't annoy him) he completely cleans up the lose class inside and wiped out all down. If all the employees are this professional out of this location, then i highly remember this place but ask for Tayeb if you are just as concerned about this type of work being this quickly done, outside a body shop while remaining stable and safe. You will not be disappointed. Thank you for easing my nerves and doing a great job!

  Review is for my father. He would give zero stars if he could. Since he had his back windshield replaced the electric to his brake lights do not work. He went to this facility in Bridgeport to put in a warranty claim as directed, and they would not even look at it and just said that it was nothing they did and told him to leave. The men would not even give my father a name or a supervisor. He will never use satellite again or refer them to anyone else. (He had all bulbs replaced to be sure it was an electrical issue. The problem occurred after the rear windshield was replaced).

  Went to the Bridgeport Pennsylvania Safelite Location to have my windshield replaced. I was very impressed with how professional everybody is who works there. All the workers are very conscientious, and the place is extremely clean, neat. They explained everything to you that you need to know after they installed the new windshield, it’s easy and easy out. Very appreciative of everything!

  Text message after text message from safelight to say they were coming between 130 pm and 530 pm tech never called never showed. Called at 400 pm to the customer service and was told the tech was still coming. I called and got a real person around 540pm they tried to call the Bridgeport office it was called. This was all a Thursday then Friday comes it’s 11am not heard from a single soul so I call the 800 number they put me in contact with the Bridgeport office spoken to a very nice young lady that said bring it down right now we will get you in. Walked out my door to head out and got a text message sorry tech had it in his Van and he called off sick. Where is the business moral of customer service. Later the day got a text message to say ur appointment is at 7am Saturday they don’t open until 8. Got the run around when I showed up proving via text that I had an appointment. The tech that had my window showed up which I knew by the picture of who was supposed to come to my house. As of right now waiting to see if they will have my window done. Customer service sucks employee relations sucks. This will be the last time I WILL BE COMING to THIS PLACE I rate it below -5 if I could. Reorganizing management would be a start employee accountability to there customers needs training.
