  The man i talked with was grumpy. When i got my car back he totally changed my seat position, had mud on thd floor and arm wrest and changef my radio to Country...like he was ready to move in, wth?

  Had a state inspection and oil Change done. Very quick, courteous service.

  Went in for an inspection, was initially shown the problems that needed fixed before I would pass, fixed problems and re inspected passed with zero issues easy guys to work with.

  I am very disappointed with the service this place gave my sister tonight. She presented a serious issue with her brakes acting funny and they turned her away with still a hour and a half until closing. I understand she did not have an appointment, however, a quick check to make sure it was safe is not too much to offer. She was to return the next day and on her way home got into a car accident because her brakes failed. This could have been avoided if a quick look at the car was done. I’ve had terrible experience with customer service at Monroe in the past and now will never give them my money again after this. I would never recommend them to anybody. Terrible customer service and seem to have no regard for human life. If only she could have been treated a little kinder and got more helpful service at a place that’s business is primarily based on diagnosing and fixing these issues! Do not go here and do not trust them to make sure you are back on the road safely.

  I am beyond upset with the way this location handled a serious safety concern. My daughter brought her car in because she was having trouble with her brakes — something that should immediately be treated as a potential safety issue. Despite having an appointment, the employee she spoke with was dismissive and unhelpful. He told her he “couldn’t do anything tonight” and had her reschedule for the next day. What is completely unacceptable is that he did not even take a few minutes to look at the vehicle or assess whether it was safe for her to drive. She left that location and, on her way home, was involved in a car accident because her brakes failed. When someone comes in reporting brake issues, the bare minimum expectation is a quick safety check or guidance not to drive the vehicle. Ignoring a potentially dangerous situation like that is negligent. This experience shows a complete lack of concern for customer safety. I would strongly caution others to think twice before trusting this location with something as critical as your vehicle.
