This location provided me a hassle free rental experience. The car was clean and drove very well. Orion went above and beyond in providing me exceptional customer service. I will be going with Enterprise in the future.

I booked a car 3 days in advance. A Toyota Tacoma or similar. They had it listed on their website as available at this location and for the time I reserved, so I reserved it. 3 days goes by without a word. I receive a call 15 minutes before my reservation time, informing me not only that the vehicle I reserved wasn't available, but that they also had "no cars" available. I needed a rental car and I needed it at the time I reserved. They waited until the last second to drop all of this on me. I was told that I "might" be able to get a compact car at the end of the day, but I needed the truck specifically at 8 a.m. that morning. I was given an attitude for booking 3 days in advance, and told that other people booked months in advance. I get that maybe 3 days is a little short notice, but why would you advertise online that you have several cars available at your location and make it possible to reserve one, if there are no cars available? And really they couldn't find one available car in their entire system over 3 days? That really puts people in a difficult and inconvenient position especially when they need a car and planned on getting one.
The story doesn't really end here, I tried calling the number of the Lansdale location but I was routed to a random Enterprise representative. I informed them of the issue and the representative told me "I see they do have a Tacoma available at this location, I have reserved it for you". I finally manage to get through to the Lansdale location and of course, they don't actually have it available. They told me to stop by and see what options they have. The only car they had was an F-150 that was more than double the price of my original reservation. I couldn't even rent it because the cost went beyond my credit limit, and I wasn't allowed to use my debit card to pay for it. The experience was horrible at every angle

So, after almost getting sent all over the place to get our car, they found a cancellation and gave us an SUV. The staff there was super helpful. She was nice and got us taken care of right away. It was a breeze to pick up and drop off.

The overall experience was great. The only annoying part was (and this is enterprise at their best), is to try and have you pay more than what they agreed the rental would be. Fortunately I had the original email agreement with me with the original price quote, and once I presented the email, they reluctantly changed the price. What I had expected was, they'd have the quoted price and just say, even though they are giving me an 'upgrade' they are giving it to me for the previously agreed up on price, rather than trying to see if I'd notice.
I don't blame the employees for this type of behavior, this is clearly coming from the management to squeeze every extra dollar they can.
