  There such a Nice and Very Down to earth Crew. They understand about today's Academy and try to help save you money anyway they can while still getting the Job Done RIGHT. I have 3 cars and I SOULFULLY RECOMMEND THEM 100% and I won't take my cars anywhere else.

  Service was great, but our car was scheduled for 10am. I called at 2pm since I didn't receive a call telling us it was done. They tell me 2 mechanics called off & it will soon be brought in. It would have been helpful if they'd inform us of that. We didn't think it would be an all day appt.

  Took my car in on a Friday for a front alignment after 4 1/2 hours took the car out. The front alignment still was not corrected. Made loud banging noise took it back in on Monday morning. They fixed the banging noise but didn’t take care of the front end alignment had to go to the next day someplace else to get a front alignment car kept pulling to the right and would not stay on the road. I am now waiting for a refund for the front alignment that I paid Mr. tire

  Received a message prompt to give a review, so review I shall. Woman at the service desk was very nice, efficient and accommodating. Price was reasonable. Thought everything was good until I found that my driver's side door no longer unlocked or opened. When installing my new mirror (original got ripped off by a drunken idiot in a big green work truck- yeah, I see you) they apparently screwed something up and now I have to enter and exit my car through the passenger door. No matter how I try to unlock the door, even manually using the key inside my fob, it will not open. So even through all the rage, I still gave them 3 stars to be fair. Just don't let them work on your mirrors...ever.

  I have been happy with the 2 times I have gone here. The first time was to have new snow tires mounted. The second time was to have my all weather tires put back on and for an oil change/filter and state inspection. Although they seemed understaffed, the technician remained friendly and professional. He performed the tasks efficiently. I recommend them and would return.
