  My father spent $1300 for coil packs, spark plugs and installation on a 2014 Ram. To save a couple dollars they didn't get OEM ones. Now those having different specs that doesn't meet OEM STANDARDS can't be placed in the new crate motor. So my father has to buy new plugs and packs. Definitely got screwed! Overpriced and not honest.

  I walked in asking for an oil change. They asked what kind but I didn't know because I usually just ask for the change and the garage does it. They asked followup questions and made an appointment for 130pm. When I showed up they got it in quickly and got it done. No trying to sell me extra services or a list of things that they said needed fixed. Just an oil change based off the needs of my car. Refreshing, non-judgmental, you get what you asked for service.

  I dropped off my car on a Friday because my brake light and check engine came on together. I let them be for 3 days without receiving so much as a phone call. On Monday I had to call THEM to ask about the status of my car and they told me my alternator was dead. I told them to fix it and they said they would call me back in 10 minutes with a price. I didn't receive a call back until the next day. Two days pass and I again have to call them only to find out the first alternator didn't work with the car, to which they told me they'd try again the next day. I call them the next day and they say the new alternator broke in transit and they can't get another until the next day. So by now it's Friday and I'm calling frequently as I need my car to go home from college, and they keep telling me that the part hasn't arrived and it never showed up within the day. I had to arrange for someone to drive 2 and a half hours to bring me home because I got kicked out since I was waiting so long. I didn't receive a call until the following monday saying my car was fixed forcing me to have someone else drive 2 hours back to pick it up. Im not sure how much the parts were their fault but the service inconvenienced me GREATLY.

  Mr Tire did a great job with new tire installation. Work was performed quickly and I will plan on visiting again.

  They fixed my problem. They were very very good. Jerry was excellent and Kay was very good too because she helped to fix the problem too. It took a little longer than expected, but they gave me a discount, but I’m just happy that they were able to fix the problem and I was able to get back on the road thank God for those two run in the place.
