We (my husband and I) made a last minute decision to rent her a car from this establishment. We got the money together based on estimates from tbe website and availability and I picked my daughter up. We got to Enterprise and they were busy. It was a Monday. The initial gentleman who spoke to us was very nice. A lady then took over. She i formed us that all she had available was a mini van. After we got through everything, she informed us the bill was going to be 1061.00 for the week. Way more than was expected, and alot of hidden fees. I still don't know where the price came from. She seemed very willing to get us out of there, and not have to deal with us. Very disappointed.

Utilized the home pick-up to get a ride to the rental office in Bloomsburg to pick up my vehicle. Rented 1-way. Return staff were kind and efficient (reminded me to collect all my belongings). The shuttle bus driver who took me to the airport helped me with multiple pieces of luggage. Thank you, Enterprise! I will rent vehicles from you in the future!
