When I arrived to pick it up on Thursday I was told no cars would be available until at least Saturday or Sunday. “We just don’t have any vehicles.” I was told in no uncertain terms that the system takes reservations even though vehicles might not be available. Unable (and unwilling) to trust the latest promise, I was able to make alternate arrangements thanks to divine intervention. It’s tragic that I need to explain this to you, but here goes: When someone makes a reservation, you MUST have a vehicle ready and waiting. It’s called “customer service”. Reading at least one other review, I can see my experience wasn’t an anomaly. Indeed! The image is the transcript of the voice mail I received as I was on my way to pick up the vehicle that was not there. Sure. You can make a reservation, but don't count on them having a car for you. Total Seinfeld experience, only worse. They know how to TAKE the reservation, but they don't know how to KEEP the reservation. And I got the impression that they don't care if you are SOL. Sad way to be, but that's Bloomsburg for you. Fortunately, through a turn of fortune, I was able to resolve my issue. I believe it was God stepping in and using his hand to make up for their failing.

The staff, and particularly Kaide Drick, was very helpful in setting us up for our rental and orienting us to the vehicle we were renting. The rental process was efficient and seamless.
