    The pile of frozen snow at the entrance to the parking lot shows more enthusiasm than the staff in the store. No,"how are you doing", or "what can I help you with?" I put my item on the counter and he rung it up and then simply said, "waiting on you" referring to the card terminal. I didn't even get a thanks. This occurred today, around 1230pm. Why do people buy off of Amazon? Because you don't have to go out in 10F weather, and you at least get a digital thank you.

    I have walked into this advance auto parts twice in the last 24 hours. I walked out twice. Both times there's a small line of people waiting at the register, and there was one or two workers standing behind the counter on their computer not helping people. They just let people stand there. No one else in the store. After standing in line a minute or two. I decided to approach the very important man who obviously sees me. I went up close to the guy. Stood in silence for 20 seconds, again, the guy totally noticed I've been there a while, doesn't say anything. I break down and say hi how's it going! He says I'll be right with you, doesn't even move his eyes. Then gets back to working on his super important thing on a computer. I turn and walk out again. No joke. Exact same service. Apparently this parts store hires lots of men to work on very important complex projects behind computers. Customers are a nuisance. Maybe they get bonuses for how long they ignore people. Maybe you should bring a sandwich if you are waiting in line. Maybe I should try and get a job staring at a computer and ignoring customers. Seems like a good gig.

    Stopped in for a battery for my lawnmower, they wanted $220 for the cheapest one they had available. For a lawnmower, thats crazy. Found a better battery elsewhere for $104. No wonder the parking lot to this place is always empty when I drive by. However the staff was friendly and understood my shock at the price.

    Call and place on hold for 20 mins call back place on hold and waited another 10 mins and just gave up will do business else ware
