  I've been to this location a number of times because it's close to me, and when your car has an issue, it's easier just to go somewhere you won't be stranded. It's really hit or miss. I've had some excellent experiences and some really poor ones. They will jones for a 5-star review regardless of whether the service was good or not.

  I had a really disappointing experience at this location. They lifted my Tesla incorrectly, and the lift arm pressed into the rocker panel area, causing visible deformation. I noticed it while the car was still on the lift and pointed it out immediately. The store manager repeatedly told me and reassured me that his manager, Jessica, would contact me within 48 hours and share the insurance/claim information and take care of whatever was needed. That never happened. After a long time, I had to go through customer service myself to try to reach Jessica again. Only then did she finally call me back. When I spoke with her, she said they don’t provide insurance information and claimed she “doesn’t see any damage,” even though I have clear photos and videos from the moment it happened. The shop also has cameras that would show exactly what occurred. Instead of taking responsibility, they chose to deny it and avoid the situation. Very disappointing experience overall not just the damage, but the lack of accountability and follow-through. I’d be very cautious bringing your car here, especially if you care about how it’s handled.

  This place is great - they have been amazing every time I've come in with an emergency - a nail in the side wall, randomly losing a windshield wiper during a rain storm etc. Great people!

  I really appreciate the front desk tech (Bill, I believe) and my service tech (whose name i did not get). They serviced my car quickly and efficiently (tire repair and oil change), and kept me in the loop along the way. I’m grateful I went to this Mavis!

  Can’t speak on the whole team, but the one’s I interacted with seem legit. Troy was my main point of contact, and actually explored several options for me to get necessary work done at a reasonable cost. I recommend them, just wish I lived closer. I live in Reading, but would travel to this location for future tires/brakes.
