  I left with one indelible impression, Tim and his crew are simply striving to give you the very best service they can. They are flexible, quick, and without going into detail, honest. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a trusted mechanic.

  Scheduled PA state inspections for 2 vehicles (2 time slots, one after the other) for waiting while it’s done. The lady who scheduled me said they have openings all afternoon, so not an issue. When i arrived for the first appointment, the guy told me it would be several hours before he could even look at my first vehicle. I said i could come back and if he could call me when he saw he was getting opened up, and he said sure. Of course, no call that day. Why are they taking appointments for service timeslots for waiting for the service when they are backed up by HOURS??? Go someplace else that does a better job scheduling rather than wasting customers’ time.

  We had a very positive experience at our local Monroe Muffler thanks to the manager. He was knowledgeable, transparent, and focused on getting the job done right without unnecessary add-ons. The service was efficient, clearly explained, and handled with professionalism. If I could offer one piece of advice — it’s better to visit your local Monroe in person. The main phone line doesn’t seem to connect you directly to the shop, and getting clear information that way can be difficult or impossible. Once you’re dealing directly with the local location the experience is much smoother and the way it should be. Overall, strong service at the shop level — especially if you’re fortunate to work with someone like Tim managing it.

  I retract what I said about them.I broke down and had to go to another shop and fix what they done and put O2 sensor in that they need put back.

  Had tires delivered from one of the many online tire marketplaces and they were able to mount them that same day for me. Austin was a beast and also managed to get a stubborn rusted in tow hitch out of my receiver for me. Thanks guys!
