  Update i was actually contacted about my review and i am happy to say they did rectify my issues and concerns nice to see that there is a company who really cares about their cusomers satisfaction . Had the best experience at first . needed brakes and at least 2 tires Troy is the best no bs just the bottom line and bottom dollar. Well had to change my review. Went back cuz my tire pressure light would not go out ..got there told me my sensor was bad after just 2 days before they were fine. Went to replace sensor found whoever worked on my car to do brakes and tires never returned my lug lock ..so we had to find replacement lug lock to top it off after sensor replaced still light on i told them they need to check spare ..they insisted no sensor in spare..tahdah when checked if spare had a sensor it did tire pressure low when filled light Went out so after another unnecessary 130.00 I found the issue had they only listened to me at beginning .. so wondering how a sensor in less then 2 days can go bad after already tested

  Very very very great service.. Everyone was extremely helpful and was knowledgeable.. I had my break pads installed in less than an hour.. I would highly recommend coming here. Price was also very reasonable… I won’t trust anyone else to take care my car.

  I have taken my car to mavis 3 times in the last month for a leaky tire. I was told all 3 times there’s no leak although I’ve had to fill my tire atleast once a week every week. Today I took it to CJ tire and they find the problem immediately and tell me there’s been a tire plug, that was done without telling me nonetheless. Tire plugs are temporary, CJ did a TIRE PATCH and finally fixed what I’ve been coming to mavis for for over a month now.

  Went in to get a wheel alignment since my steering felt off and I could see the actual steering wheel had a right tilt when driving straight. Midway through got told I needed new tire rods. Reviews seemed good. So my mistake I was too trusting and just said this is a safety concern of course do it. What I should’ve done was find any other shop because one they got my $900 dollars I told them the steering was still completely off. They unenthusiastically checked and pointed to the sway bar & rear suspension. Saying I could chuck out $1200 more. You’d think that if they noticed the tire rods needed replacing they’d notice the sway bar links and also the rear suspension. But instead they want to charge me the labor rate again to change these. Oh and then I asked if I could get a print out of the alignment and they said the computer didn’t work to print. Went somewhere else to get my alignment and who would’ve guessed. The alignment was off AND I got a print of it. I’m going to speak to management about getting 1) a discount or 2) fix without the labor rate added. Because it should’ve been noted and fixed when they had my car up to begin with.

  I stopped by mavis tire at the westgate mall today because I saw drips on the cart port and asked if they could please check my fluids and tire pressure . They were very nice and took care of me right away The manager and technicians wee very nice and knowledgeable I recently had an oil pan and transmission hose replaced and thought it could be one of those They examined the car meticulously finding a hose clamp missing from the hose of the power steering pump. This gave me great peace of mind as I was scared it could be an engine seal or head gasket They were able to fix the issue They keep you informed of everything Every step of the way They are honest and repairs are very reasonable
