The splash cover under my car was not securely attached by the techs and when I left the lot it folded up under my car scraping metal on the road. I made a u-turn and immediately returned to the shop where they had to use a jack to lift my car up and removed the ball of metal that was my splash guard. They told me they would order a replacement part and call me. A month later, they had not called so I returned. It seemed they had not ordered the part saying "oh! we will order that now and call you. We got chu, we got chu." A month later I followed up again to the same response. They did not, in fact get me. After 3 months of waiting I had the repair done someplace else for $580. They pretended to care and acted as if they would make amends but they never did. I thought they were waiting on the part but the other shop got the part in within 24hours over the New Years holiday. This Mavis location really cost me time and money.
