  I had a great experience with Enterprise. My rental was related to an accident and they worked easily with my insurance company. Everyone I spoke to on the phone in person was great. They worked with me on my vehicle needs and time frame.

  I had an insurance rental from here for 45 days. I was put in a large truck because they had no SUVs available. I was told that I would be put in an SUV as soon as one became available and that I should expect a call from the office in a few days to get me into an SUV. I waited and received no call. I called the office and was told that there were still no SUVs available but my name would be put on the list and they would call me when one became available. I waited another week and still no call. I called the office and was told again that there were no SUVs available and my name would be put on a list even though it apparently was already put on a list when I called the first time. Over the 45 days no one from Enterprise called me and I remained in this large truck the entire time. I'm completely dissatisfied with the customer service of this location and will never use them again.

  Rental experience at Enterprise-Bethlehem location over the Thanksgiving weekend was excellent and the staff was so nice and helpful. Rented an 8-seater minivan hybrid. I will definitely use this Enterprise location again.
