    My husband dropped of our car to be fixed and we were supposed to get a replacement, instead of SUV the agent gave my 71 year old husband who is handicapped and walks w a cane,a big Ford truck you have to access w a 4 inch step,watched my husband struggle to get in and said we could exchange it next day,have been waiting all day for our replacement,never heard back from them.They put my husband in dangerous position where he could have fallen trying to get in it and I don't feel safe letting him do it,I even have trouble because I'm also 71 w a bad knee, didn't that agent realize what he was doing,I'm sorry but very poor judgement putting my husband in that position and we're still w/o transportation, horrible customer service 😡

    I rented a car from the location at the Faulkner collision center earlier this year. The car itself was fine and had no issues with the return. The agent at the location had a serious attitude problem. I spoke with her manager who also seemed to struggle with basic customer service skills over the phone but was somewhat sincere, when I went back to the Faulkner location the same employee at first went to apologize but then decided to go back into the initial issue, a statement she made to me which was rude and condescending, and kept defending herself as being correct although in a more toned down manner. Regardless, highly unprofessional service, hope that you get lucky with a good employee or otherwise don’t question them being correct about Anything.
