The agent at the location had a serious attitude problem. I spoke with her manager who also seemed to struggle with basic customer service skills over the phone but was somewhat sincere, when I went back to the Faulkner location the same employee at first went to apologize but then decided to go back into the initial issue, a statement she made to me which was rude and condescending, and kept defending herself as being correct although in a more toned down manner. Regardless, highly unprofessional service, hope that you get lucky with a good employee or otherwise don’t question them being correct about Anything.

We were dissatisfied with the car itself and we did not know that we could have called them traded it for another one but we will do that next time if there is one.
