  I wouldn't come here to make a deal happen. I told them I had it in writing from another dealership that gave me a better deal then they had. The vehicle that they had was sitting on their lot for 2 months. They refuse to negotiate and refuse to even review the deal a competing dealership offered me. On the voice mail the Sales Manager left he said pretty much I either buy it at their asking price or go somewhere else

  THIS IS THE 5TH TRUCK I BOUGHT FOR MY COMPANY FROM BETHLEHAM FORD. I'M FROM NJ USEDTO GO TO 3-4 DIFFERENT DEALERS AROUND ME AND NO ONE COULD TOUCH BETHLEHAM FOR THE WAY THEY TREAT ME AND THE PRICE THAT'S WHY I GO NO WHERE ELSE. MY GIRL NOW I WORK WITH IS COURTNEY JOHNSON SENDS ME A WALK THROGH VIDEO OF MY VEHICLE AND THE DEAL IS DONE! I DON'T GO ANY WHERE ELSE. MY WIFE NEEDS AN EXPLORER AND IT'S NOT HARD TO SEE WHERE I'M SENDING HER.

  Hands down, the best car buying experience I have ever had! From Courtney who walked me through everything with the vehicle I was interested in as well as a couple other options, to Jim the manager and Rich in finance, everyone was friendly, professional and straight forward. No BS at this dealer. I am very happy with the experience.

  Received a call text and email from Jenna inviting me to come in to appraise my current Mustang and sell it back or get another new Mustang. I ignored it for a day or so after some thought I doubted they can get me out of it so I called her and came back in to see Rob specifically as he sold me my 2024 Mustang and the experience was so positive. Came in was greeted by Rob Jenna Bob and Geoff all welcomed me back. All of the above looked at my situation with my current 'Stang (Loan financial credit etc) and genuinely wanted me to get the best deal as well as the vehicle I wanted. Was freezing that day I mean freezing as an understatement!! However Rob Bob and Geoff didn't let me feel as If it was an inconvenience in any way. Bob came back to me and asked me a few more questions on my preferences and Rob found me another Mustang which I was quite pleased after walking the sales lot in that extreme with me and between Geoff Rob and Bob they got me into a lease(which suits me better as I historically don't keep my cars beyond 3- 4years). They shook my hand congratulated me and immediately sent the car to detailing while Geoff prepared my documents for signing. Rob even went out of his way to run me back to my home to get a few things from my trade. Once docs were signed as always I was given copies and asked one more time if had any questions if not I can always call. Another great buying experience at Bethlehem Ford, thanks guys!
