    This place sucks! They add warranties that they donā€™t even tell you about and then they expire. Two weeks off the lot and my paint is chipping off the hood. Again bought another warranty that wasnā€™t told about itā€¦paid for it and promised to be reimbursed and almost 6 months later I havenā€™t even got the money back be careful do not buy a car here !!!

    I 1st went to Bethlehem Koch Ford a month ago & had Zach as my salesman. Unfortunately I was not in a position to purchase at that time & Zach couldn't have been more understanding. He still showed around & I test drove a car. I waited & shopped around & Zach contacted me about another car they had just received similar to what I had looked at. He had everything ready for when I arrived. Turned out to be a great car & so glad I waited! Car was a perfect fit for my budget! Zach understood my needs & situation & their customer service was excellent! I will def return to them when time comes for another vehicle! Great customer service care!!
