  It became evident when calling them about a scheduled service appointment that they are using AI to answer their phone calls. Awkward pauses, not answering my questions correctly, robot-like responses yet disguised with a human-like voice. You could tell it was just responding to keywords I used in my phrasing and cut me off before I finished my sentences. Unsettling, creepy, off-putting and lazy. Having this as a precursor to the call with menu options that then direct you to a real person is normal these days, but there wasn't even an option to speak to a real person. The whole thing was set up to mislead you and make you think you're talking to a human being. Very upsetting, considering I've given a large amount of money to them by purchasing a vehicle here and they don't have the decency to even have a human that can answer the phone. I highly suggest you stop using AI to replace speaking to a real person about important matters relating to vehicles purchased from you.

  I wish every purchase I make in life could be as good as it was at Bethlehem Ford. They really took care of me, worked with me on options, and cut to the chase on executing the financing agreement and sale. They are rewriting the book on how car salespeople operate. Special thanks to Courtney and Rich for their assistance and kindness.

  Had to bring my car in for a power train issue, and Jamie & Dominik were so helpful in updating me via text, getting me a rental car, and helping keep costs down! Literally won’t bring my Bronco anywhere else besides Union Blvd Ford.

  Bethlehem Ford got me into my dream ride! They pulled it right off the showroom floor no issues whatsoever to let me take it for a ride. Got to go on a nice test drive to feel what the car was all about! Matt was a great salesperson and helped me get a solid deal on the vehicle as well. Highly suggest Matt and the whole Bethlehem Ford team. Even with 2 other customers purchasing vehicles ahead of me, they got me into and out as fast as possible!

  Good experience. I happened to be in the area doing some shopping and saw the Ford dealership. I decided to just stop in to look at the new 2026 Ford Explorers. They were happy to let me test drive the models I was interested in. The Platinum and the ST. I drove the ST with Zach, and the Platinum with Stephen. Both sales reps were great. I never felt pressured or like I was being greased up for a sale. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. I told them I was not ready to purchase, and only here to do some browsing and collect data for when I am ready to buy. They were happy to help and never got pushy like some dealerships I’ve experienced. Big thanks to Zach and Stephen for a great test drive experience!
