  After visiting two other dealers, Bethlehem Ford was clearly the best dealer. B/F came in with highest trade value on the first try without any negotiating. They had respect for my trade in and the buying process. Sorry I wasted so much time at other dealers. B/F is now my go to Ford dealer. Thanks to Rob, Jeoff, and Rich for a great buying experience.

  Where oh where to begin. Misleading service center, outright lies from staff, terrible communication or an absolutely laughable “99 point inspection” that missed something pointed out when the vehicle was dropped off. No real issues with the sales team but the service department? Run away. Run far and run fast. After multiple attempts at reaching out to the service center via phone, email and Ford feedback, we have yet to hear back from them with the latest excuse as to how they missed not one, but two completely torn and worn out windshield wipers during our last, and final, visit. After mentioning 2 different times that there was an issues with the rear wiper, their 99 point inspection of the vehicle came back with flying colors and a guarantee that all was right with the car. As soon as we returned home, I immediately noticed that 2 wipers needed to be replaced and the rear wiper STILL did not work. There’s so much more to this story but needless to say, if they are missing something as simple as worn out wiper blades, what else are they missing??

  Our second purchase of a new vehicle from Bethlehem Ford, and we likely will never buy from any other dealership. They treat us like family, they move mountains to get us what we want within our budget, they don’t lie to us or give us empty promises, Courtney responds to our needs and questions with facts and does everything possible to help us find our perfect new vehicle. Geoff was so easy and fun to work with as we finalized our purchase. The service is the best vehicle service department we have ever used in 40 years of driving. I am so glad we discovered this family-style Ford dealership!

  I wouldn't come here to make a deal happen. I told them I had it in writing from another dealership that gave me a better deal then they had. The vehicle that they had was sitting on their lot for 2 months. They refuse to negotiate and refuse to even review the deal a competing dealership offered me. On the voice mail the Sales Manager left he said pretty much I either buy it at their asking price or go somewhere else
