    I had excellent customer service with this location, especially Vinny. The staff went above and beyond in accommodating my last minute schedule change as best they could. My complaint with Enterprise is the overall vehicle quality, and wish they had more hybrid and EV options. I ended up with a Nissan Sentra, which I was surprised to learn gets horrible gas mileage around the South Hills near Pittsburgh.

    The literal definition of bad customer service. Will refuse service if any reaction is shown to the inconvenience they are causing you by offering ridiculous alternatives to what was reserved since they don't have that either (what's the point of a reservation? ). 2nd time at this location, each time it was a different thing I was doing wrong. Branch manager isn't interested in helping, chimes in out of nowhere. They were both driving home some nice company vehicles though. I keep having to update this review. The alternative was horrible so I basically rented the vehicle for a Quick trip to my kids since i was running low on time and just wanted to see them, and I ubered there (work traveling for weeks at a time). Returned the vehicle to Uber back to my car so I can just eat the mileage, male clerk at the front gave me the middle finger. Good folks there, can't wait until you're all replaced with key vending machines and a touch pad.
