I called AutoZone and spoke to Gene to see if I would be able to get a new one installed with the temp being so low. He first checked to make sure they had a battery in stock and then he told me that he would be able to install it. We stood out in the 0° weather and Gene didn't complain about the cold not once. He kept a smile on his face and kept a friendly conversation going. I am beyond grateful for the service and positive vibes that I received. Thank you, Gene. You are a lifesaver.
