  Wants all the dots were connected the service Adair did an impeccable job but the front line receptionists for service are somewhat clueless or perhaps not empowered or inadequately trained.

  I had such a great experience that I felt it needed to be shared. I recently spoke with a service technician at the Berwyn Volvo dealership (I believe his name was Lamar or Lamont), who truly went above and beyond. I was in the process of buying a used Volvo off the street and wanted to make sure I was making a smart decision. He took the time to walk me through a detailed checklist of exactly what to look for — things I never would have thought of on my own. Thanks to his guidance, I felt confident in my purchase and avoided potential issues. After buying the car, I called the dealership to make sure he got the recognition he deserved. While they weren’t able to immediately identify him, I was connected with Alan in sales, who was just as impressive. Alan took the time to really listen, investigate, and is currently working to make sure the right technician receives the compliment. It’s rare to find people who genuinely care this much, especially when there’s nothing in it for them. Both of these individuals represent exceptional customer service, and it speaks volumes about the dealership as a whole. Thank you again — this kind of integrity and professionalism does not go unnoticed.

  My lease on my current Volvo was ending and having just moved from a different state, I really didn’t know who to trust. The guys at Keystone were fantastic. When they say No Hassle and No Pressure, they mean it. I was able to negotiate via email, signed all the documents online, and was in and out of the dealership for delivery in less than a half hour. Best part, no one tried to sell me paint protection or any “add ons” that we rarely need. If you’re in the market for a Volvo, I highly recommend the short drive to take advantage of great service.
