I came here to have my car’s battery tested, but my car was in the parking lot, not in front of the store. She yelled at the guy helping me to not go and test my battery. That’s how your manager wants to improve and increase sales? I think she’s a manager because she was yelling someone over the phone for not showing up or leaving earlier during her shift. Customer service is crucial for selling products, and this is how your manager do it?. Guess what happened? I went to AutoZone, which is around the corner, and they helped me and gave me a better experience with my new battery.
