Enterprise charged her credit card for charges that she didn’t ask for nor had any knowledge of them. They were charges that her insurance company didn’t cover. She thought she was getting what her insurance company requested. They charged her for an upgraded vehicle and insurance that she didn’t ask for. They took advantage of a young female one that was just in a serious vehicle accident that totaled her car. SHAME ON YOU ENTERPRISE! UPDATE on this review. Don’t be fold by their response to my negative review. I responded to their comments on my review. I explained my concerns to them and I was told that someone would be contacting me with in 24-48 hours. I got no response from them so I called again and I was told that I would be contacted. Two weeks later and nothing. Big waste of time dealing with this company.
