She kept me informed on what was happening throughout the 2 days my truck was there. Of course what should be a standard repair service became a more difficult problem to solve. Rick from parts was supper cool and explained the situation and how they took care of the parts problem. I was so impressed on how friendly and helpful everyone was. We used classic Chevrolet over the past years as it was a small personable dealership. I’m glad to see the same or better service from now Diehl Chevrolet! Hats off to the managers overseeing this service department! Highly Recommend!!!

- MMMikaylaDec 20, 20255.0I went for the first time today to talk about trading in my current car or financing a new one and Connor was the best help possible. I already had a couple cars in mind and Connor let me take my time, told me absolutely everything I needed to know and the test drive was incredible, he never once made me feel stupid or dumb or tried convincing me of other thing I supposedly needed to get or to buy because I’m “just a young girl” Connor stayed past his scheduled time since it was a Saturday and they closed at 3 he didn’t leave till 5 pm and not once did he complain or care. He sat down and enjoyed the ride until we got everything squared away. Connor made the time sitting and waiting and waiting enjoyable and let me just say, for just starting there in November he certainly is the one sales person I’d gladly go back to, he certainly impressed my wife and we are currently loving the new car we got today. After 5 plus hours of being there, wasting away waiting for paperwork to be finished, we all talked about numerous subjects including his fashion cause damn he knows how to dress haha
