  Enterprise has gone so far downhill, they are now the McDonald's of rentals. Sadly the entire industry is tanking. It doesn't matter how far in advance you rent something they will bait and switch you into something completely different then offer you a 'discount' at the time of rental. Bald tires , smelling like smoke, filled with dirt tiny cars are what you end up. Thankfully I heard due to the massive number of people not getting what they reserved, it's obvious and intentional, there's a class action in the works. I'll be the first in line. Oh and please don't copy/ paste your useless customer service page. They are utterly useless and extremely frustrating to figure who to call, they transfer you from one person in India to another only to have them disconnect so they don't have to deal with you. Not that it matters they have no idea how to help and apologize for a living.

  I really do like Enterprise except for the actual rental itself and communication. There is zero communication. I rented a Jeep Wrangler in January 2025 for July 2025. So they had 6 months advance notice to get one or something similar. In July on pick up day the salesman says here's the keys to your rental a Nissan Rogue. Plain white. Family looking vehicle. Absolutely the exact polar opposite of what we asked to rent 6 months in advance. A phone call, a text message or an email a week or even days before pick up would have been a professional thing to do saying hey we cant get you a Jeep is that a problem? Nothing until pick up. This isn't the first time that we have had this experience with Enterprise.

  John the manager at the C Haper branch in bell vernon Pennsylvania is always friendly an helpful. Goes out of his way to help. His staff is very nice an helpful as well

  The individuals at Enterprise were perfectly fine and nice people. My issue with my Enterprise Rental was the SUV itself. At higher speeds of 70 on the interstate the front end shook like it needed an alignment. Also non of the USB ports up front accessible to the driver worked. I had to eventually pull over to charge my phone in a 2nd row USB ports.
