- RLRobert LeasureDec 24, 20251.0worse experience I ever had, had my appointment booked 2 weeks in advance, even prepaid the fee, the back window in my truck was to be replaced on a Friday between 1 and 6 pm. I had industrial plastic securing the back window. the day before the window was to be replaced, I was told to take off the plastic that the back window would 100 percent be installed the next day, I called 3 separate times to confirm my appointment which every time customer service assured me the tech was coming. I went to bed for the night woke up at 4 am the next day. the window was not replaced, we had an extreme snowstorm which caused significant damage to the inside of my truck sent 5 separate emails to corporate office to try to put in an insurance claim, they never responded at all. the day of the installation none called me emailed me or even came to install the window. worst experience I ever had. now I am stuck with severe damage to my headliner, the wind blew glass all throughout my truck causing multiple scratches. i had to choose one star or it would not let me post this
