  Great customer service!! Our car had a minor problem, and they were able to see us the same morning we called and had it fixed within 15 minutes. What I really enjoyed was they focused on the problem and not on finding a bunch of other things wrong with the car to charge us for unnecessary repairs like the dealership has been doing. Would definitely go back!!

  I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. Really helpful, kind, and caring people! They kept me informed and helped me with every step along the way after my car accident. Would 100% recommend them.

  If I could give more stars, I would. I stopped in because I was having issues with my bumper. I had previously stopped in at another local place and was told to have my husband help me....( how nice of that business...🙄) Jim wasn't rude to me like the other shop; he helped me out and got me back on the road feeling safe. I appreciated it more than I can express. There are still good people in this world. I'd definitely suggest visiting this business—you won't be disappointed with the professionalism and friendly service. Might I add...he wouldn't even take a tip, great guy!

  Jim’s Excel Collision & Automotive in Boyertown did an excellent job repairing my Chevy Express after an accident. I own a low-voltage/security company, so I rely on my van every day, and they made sure the repair was handled as quickly as possible without cutting corners. Communication was solid from start to finish and the vehicle came back looking great. Big thanks to Quinn for the help and for keeping everything moving. Highly recommend.
