  If I could give more stars, I would. I stopped in because I was having issues with my bumper. I had previously stopped in at another local place and was told to have my husband help me....( how nice of that business...🙄) Jim wasn't rude to me like the other shop; he helped me out and got me back on the road feeling safe. I appreciated it more than I can express. There are still good people in this world. I'd definitely suggest visiting this business—you won't be disappointed with the professionalism and friendly service. Might I add...he wouldn't even take a tip, great guy!

  Jim’s Excel Collision & Automotive in Boyertown did an excellent job repairing my Chevy Express after an accident. I own a low-voltage/security company, so I rely on my van every day, and they made sure the repair was handled as quickly as possible without cutting corners. Communication was solid from start to finish and the vehicle came back looking great. Big thanks to Quinn for the help and for keeping everything moving. Highly recommend.

  Both my experiences with Jim's Auto in Bechtelsville PA have been totally satisfying. The manager and all the workers are trustworthy and extermely helpful. The manager came out to charge my battery at no charge, put a battery inmy car and because I didn't have enough cash on me, but he waited until I came back to pay him. During my oil change they could have done what most places do and that is "pad" the bill with questionable purhases. These guys do not do that. In a world where it's difficult to trust anyone, these guys are not only expert but you can trust them with your vehicle and trust that what they say is accurate and honest. I will never go anplace else with my car. My advice is...find them!

  Couldn’t be happier with my experience! I brought my car in for a fender bender and the team was awesome from start to finish. Super friendly, kept me updated the whole time, and even got the job done sooner than expected. They handled everything so smoothly with my insurance company and car rental, which made the whole process stress-free. They came highly recommended, and now I see why — my car looks brand new again! Highly recommend!

  I have a 1997 F250 that was having braking issues. I tried to fix it myself for 2 weeks straight before giving up and taking it to Jim’s Excel. They had the problem solved for just an hour of their time.
