I spoke with other mechanics who told me how wrong this was of Steve to do. There was never a contract for the work. He told me it would be done "tomorrow" 4 days ago when I called today and I finally said please just never mind and I picked my vehicle up. The battery was dead so Steve had to jump me. At this point I don't trust him to do anything and I'm honestly glad he didn't fix it. I'm beyond upset
