  Made my appointment thru their call center to have my fleet vehicle inspected and get the oil changed. When I finally found the place (Google's directions took me to the former location rather than the current location, since they moved a few months ago) they told me they could get to my truck as the person who does the state inspection was not there that day. This was extremely frustrating because I have limited time to get work done on my truck. I need it for work and I can't afford to take time off to get these things done. This is a huge problem with using a call center rather than speaking with the shop itself. But I was able to find out how to speak with the shop directly to avoid this situation in the future. So depending on how they handle things at my next appointment... I'm willing to try one more time, I may change my rating.

  Neededa tire. Called 4 prices. Got someone who spoke broken English. Was in the phone with him for over 12 min, as he explained to me that he couldn't give me a price UNLESS I made an appointment. Then , his Mgr would be able 2 do that. After 12 min , they HUNG UP on me !!!!! So , I went 2 SMILIY'S !!!

  I brought both of my cars here last week 2 days apart I was charged 50$ more then there ad that included rotation of my tires. OK paid it. And was given military discount that took off approximately 12$. Moving forward brought 2nd car 2 days later for same service and price was double of ad. Questioned why. Excuse "maybe different oil used". And questioned weather 1 st car received synthetic Well both car required synthetic oil. Went home and compared bills and oil change on bill was same price. 2nd car was charged more for rotation. Well that's not the half of it. I was driving on a road (28) where there wasn't any pot holes. Next thing I hear something pop and tire light came on.pulled off road to find the tire side wall blew out on the inside and was able to put my fingers in hole. So if you are rotating tires I think you could tell by inspection of tires during rotation that I would need a tire. That's how it is in other places that rotations and are happy to inspect for tire sale. So this place is a rip off and not detailed in bringing car for just oil. And shoddy workmanship. BEWARE

  I will NEVER take my car here again! I took my car in since valvoline said I had an oil leak. From the beginning, they were rude and never acknowledged my presence and kept walking out. Instead of asking me, if I needed something. I eventually wrote my name, phone number, make and model of my car, and what was wrong with the vehicle, and left my keys there.The funny thing is, I had an appointment. They did work on my car without even calling me first. Did and oil change and put dye in it. They then said to drive it around for a bed, and then come back in two weeks, which I did. Again when I came back, poor customer service. The young guy looked and said he wouldn't worry about the leak. It's only the steering rack and oil pan gasket leaking. Come to find out I took it to BENDERS and my vehichle doesnt even have a gasket, Kia dealership confirmed this. The issue was never what Monroe stated it was. It was the piece around the oil filter that was leaking. They dont know crap about vehicles. I have a 2019 kia sedona so nothing fancy. My concern is if they fixed what they said was wrong, the problem would of never gotten fixed.

  The staff was very helpful. He showed me the problem and allowed me to get some of the work done elsewhere and come back. I feel like my car is safe now.
