Nothing notable good or bad the first time or two about my experience, although the workers seemed somewhat lackadaisical. However this last time, in addition to that, the location was severely understaffed, and seemingly who was there was not very educated or confident about what they were doing. I wish I had names, but the older guy seemed more educated than the younger one. One of the workers told me some of their coworkers decided to leave unannounced and that’s why they were understaffed. Understandable, and it’s okay I had to wait. What was NOT okay, was the guys telling me they were going to change the wiper fluid for free, first thing before the oil change, 3x, and then still not doing it!! Also, after changing the oil, they did not secure a piece on the bottom of my vehicle and it was hanging down to the ground! Completely loose. Absolutely unacceptable. Do not come here unless you want to receive a shotty job and workmanship on a car you spend so much money to maintain.
